the music app
that learns from your tastes
and gives you what you want anytime,
whether you're connected or not.

Listening to music on your mobile is cool. Going off-beat by losing your Internet connection is not.
That's why biit is the mobile music app for you: because you can listen to all your favourite music, no matter whether you're connected or where you are.
With biit, connectivity is no longer a problem because your music goes with you wherever you're headed.
Whether a track is a hit or not depends on your personal taste.
That's why biit is the definitive choice for you to listen to the music you love most: it will learn what you like (and what you never want to hear again) and your music will update automatically so that great hits don't pass you by.
biit is much more than music à la carte, so you can forget about playlists.
If you love music like we do, then you will understand the requirement that biit is legal.
Doing the right thing by the artists is the best way to ensure that they can continue to make a living doing something that the rest of us enjoy.
And that's something that makes us happy.

- You can change the music on these channels as often as you like and we will also update them automatically so that the best hits don't pass you by.

You can currently download biit for Android and Apple.

It is recommended that you use Wi-Fi when downloading and opening biit for the first time. However, it's also possible with 3G and you shouldn't have any problems. You will be able to listen using a 3G connection.

If you download biit, you will always have a free channel for listening to music, even when you don't have a connection. You will also be able to update and change the music on this channel as often as you like.

You can listen to anything you like. When you open the application, you will see recommended bands we know you like, but also different musical styles in which you will have the latest new releases, which are updated daily, as well as classic hits.
You can also use the search tool to find artists you want to listen to.
And that's not all: biit offers you an even more personalised listening experience by letting you mix your favourite artists.

biit is more than just an à la carte music system; it learns from your tastes to save you the effort of making playlists. biit does this for you by finding the right music according to your preferences.

We add more than 40,000 hits to our catalogue each month. Something missing?
Our music cataloguing team welcomes new music with open arms. Write to them at content@biit.fmand they will contact you as soon as possible.

biit uses a clever algorithm that learns from the things you do when listening to music: searching for artists, deciding which songs are hits, saying you don't want to listen to a song again, sharing things with your friends on social networks, other connected individuals posting their opinions about tracks, etc.
The algorithm collects all this information and many other variables to work out what it is you want to listen to, and what it is you detest. In this way, existing playlists are gradually modified, until they are very similar to the ones you would make yourself. But with one obvious difference: there's no effort involved.

biit does not download music to your mobile phone; what it does is ensure that all the tracks you want to listen to are loaded and available for you to enjoy, even when you're not connected. However, it does not download music onto your phone.

biit music is played at 128kbps.

It's simple. When you're listening to music on the player screen, select one of the empty channels and two options will be displayed:
- 4 channels for 1 month = €2.99
- 4 channels for 3 months = €4.99
You can also change the music on these channels as often as you like during their validity period, and we will also update them automatically so that great hits don't pass you by.
If you have an iPhone, these purchases work as a subscription, and when your validity period runs out they will be renewed automatically. However, a message will be displayed beforehand and you will be able to cancel the renewal from your iTunes account.
If you have an Android phone, you will have to repurchase the channels, since they do not work as a subscription.

Don't doubt it. biit uses the Apple Store and Google Play (Checkout) payment systems, which comply with the standards that operate for all serious applications worldwide. You also have a full data-protection guarantee from these two companies.

You can view such a list by accessing your iTunes account, if you have an iPhone, or your Google Checkout account, if you have an Android device.

Check that you have entered your details correctly in Apple Store or Google Play, and that you have sufficient funds in the account that these payments will be charged to.

If you are having a specific problem with payments, please write to us at payments@biit.fm

No! Whenever you have Wi-Fi, biit will automatically update all your music so that you can stay on top of the latest tunes, according to your preferences.

Of course! Next to the song title you will find a symbol with an arrow. Selecting it will bring up the Facebook and Twitter buttons, so that you can share the name of the song and the artist you're listening to. But don't worry, you won't share any personal information.

Please be patient. First of all, we recommend that you visit our profiles on Facebook, Twitter and Tuenti, because this is where we report any service failures as soon as we identify them. If we have not done so and the problem persists, our technical team can be contacted via support@biit.fm

If what we've told you about biit seems interesting and you'd like to see what our Thursday committee eatings* are like, then send your CV to jobs@biit.fm
* Committee eatings is the term we use to describe what all our team members do every Thursday: go out to lunch in central Madrid, where our main office is located.
